Who Was Delivered
Our offenses represent violations of God's Law. Jesus Christ was delivered from heaven to earth, from life to death, to provide justification before a holy God. Though God is love, He is also just, and sin requires punishment. Jesus accepted that punishment on our behalf.

As God, Jesus Christ could not remain in death. He rose after three days through God's power, demonstrating His capacity to atone for all sins. His resurrection proved His divine authority and ability to save anyone from sin.
